Who We Are
Hey there! Welcome to USCountyMaps.com. We’re map nerds who love America’s counties. All 3,143 of ’em. We started this site because we couldn’t find good maps of every U.S. county. So we made our own. Now we’ve got the whole country covered.
Every project starts somewhere. Here’s our timeline and what’s coming forward:
USCountyMaps.com
The website is live. The idea was simple. Make it easy for anyone to download clean, accurate county maps — for free.
One by one, we mapped every county in the U.S. No exceptions, each county got its own map. All 3,143 of them.
Next, we mapped each state. One map showing all counties in a state. Color-coded, easy to use.
Then, we stitched it all together. One nationwide map showing every county, coast to coast, all in one view.
The maps get a serious upgrade with topographic detail. Now they show the shape of the land.
Maps are just the start. County population, size, land cover. We plan to add all the numbers you’d want.
What sets us apart:
- Every single county in the United States with county seats, cities, roads, rivers, and other layers.
- Print them or use them digitally. Learn how to cite.
- Customizable for businesses for free (just ask us)
If you’re planning a road trip or settling a bet about county lines, we’ve got you covered. Check out our Q&A section below for more information about us.
