Wibaux County, Montana

Wibaux County is a tiny piece of eastern Montana, right on the North Dakota border. The town of Wibaux is the only real settlement, along Interstate 94.
Oil and ranching keep the economy going. Winters have icy winds sweeping across the plains. But come spring, the prairie blooms with wildflowers.
The Beaver Creek meanders through. It’s only approximately 900 people who live here and they’re some of the friendliest folks. It’s the kind of place where the sky feels bigger and time moves a little slower.
