Grenada County, Mississippi

Grenada County is right in the heart of Mississippi. It’s named after the Spanish colonial city, but don’t expect any Caribbean vibes here. This is pure Magnolia State charm.
The county seat is also called Grenada and it sits on the banks of Grenada Lake. It’s a huge reservoir in the north that’s a hotspot for fishing and boating.
Summers here are scorchers so folks have to crank up the AC. The county has a mix of farmland and forests, with some pretty scenic drives if you’re into that sort of thing.
