Monongalia County is in north-central West Virginia, right on the Pennsylvania border. Morgantown is the heart of this county. Home to West Virginia University, this place is always buzzing with student life.

The Monongahela River cuts through, giving the county its name and some killer views. Outdoor lovers, rejoice. Cooper’s Rock State Forest is a paradise for hikers and rock climbers.
