Riverside County, California

Riverside County is massive. It stretches from the LA suburbs all the way to the Arizona border. You’ve got Palm Springs and the whole Coachella Valley if you like it hot.
The city of Riverside has that cool Mission Inn and some citrus history. There’s a ton of new housing going up in places like Temecula. Speaking of Temecula, it’s wine country here but with a more laid-back vibe than Napa.
The eastern part of the county is serious desert. Think Joshua Tree National Park. It’s a weirdly diverse place, from suburban sprawl to empty desert.
