Corson County, South Dakota

Corson County is way up in north-central South Dakota. It’s right on the North Dakota border. McIntosh is the county seat, but it’s tiny.
This is cattle country with a mixture of ranches and agriculture. A big chunk of the county is part of the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.
The landscape is rugged and beautiful. The Grand River flows through here. You’ll find some of the darkest night skies around.
