Lake County, California
Lake County is named after Clear Lake, the largest natural lake entirely in California. It’s north of Napa, but way less fancy. Highway 29 weaves through vineyards and small towns.
The area has a bunch of smaller towns around the lake. Fishing is popular here, and so is… er, a certain leafy crop. There are some natural hot springs if you’re into that.
With a population of just over 64,000, Lake County is a place where nature is never far away. Wine, water, and wilderness… What more could you want?
