Boone County, Indiana

Boone County is right in the heart of Indiana. It’s just northwest of Indianapolis, close enough for an easy commute but far enough to keep its rural identity.
Lebanon is the county seat and has a classic courthouse square that looks like it’s straight out of a movie. Zionsville, one of the county’s towns, is known for its brick Main Street and boutiques.
Summers in Boone County mean corn as high as an elephant’s eye. The area’s flat land made it perfect for the interurban railway back in the day. Now, it’s crisscrossed by highways instead.
