Caldwell Parish, Louisiana

Caldwell Parish sits in north-central Louisiana, about halfway between Monroe and Alexandria. This rural part of the Bayou State is home to just over 10,000 folks.
The parish seat is Columbia, a small town on the Ouachita River. This river has a whole slew of tiny lakes along side. Fishing is popular here so the parish has some prime spots for bass and catfish.
