West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana

West Feliciana Parish is in the southeast part of Louisiana, just north of Baton Rouge. The Mississippi River flows along its western edge, carving out dramatic bluffs.
St. Francisville is the parish seat and oozes Southern charm with its antebellum homes. This isn’t your typical Louisiana landscape. Rolling hills replace flat bayous here.
The parish is home to some serious old money and even older trees. Visitors come to Tunica Hills for hiking and bird watching. Cat Island National Wildlife Refuge protects one of the largest living bald cypress trees in North America.
