Concordia Parish, Louisiana

Concordia Location Map Louisiana

Concordia Parish is sandwiched between Mississippi River to the east and the Black River to the west. It’s located in eastern Louisiana, right across from Natchez, Mississippi.

It’s a place where history and nature collide. Fertile soil made it prime real estate for plantations back in the day. Now, it’s known for its outdoor adventures. Fishing’s a big deal here. So is hunting.

The Red River Wildlife Management Area is great for nature lovers. Vidalia is the parish seat and has a cool story. It moved inland after the Mississippi River kept flooding its original location.
