Bowie County, Texas

Bowie County is up in the northeast corner of Texas, right up against Arkansas. Texarkana is the big city here. It’s half in Texas, half in Arkansas. It’s unique, alright.
The Red River forms the northern border. Plenty of history here. The Caddo lived here first. Now it’s a mix of Southern charm and Texas grit. There’s good fishing in Wright Patman Lake.
The economy’s diverse. Manufacturing, healthcare… Yep, you name it. Pecan orchards dot the landscape. It’s green here. More like the South than West Texas. Good people. They work hard and play hard.
