North Carolina Counties

Hertford County is in the northeastern part of North Carolina, bordering Virginia. It’s a place steeped in history. Winton is the county seat.

Hoke County sits in the Sandhills region of south-central North Carolina. It’s one of the state’s younger counties, formed in 1911.
