Summit County, Utah

Summit County is up in the northeast corner of Utah. It’s a place of contrasts. Park City’s glitz rubs shoulders with ranching towns like Coalville. Ski resorts draw crowds in winter, while summer brings hikers and mountain bikers.
The Uinta Mountains loom large here. They’re the highest range in Utah, no joke. Water’s a big deal too as the Weber and Provo Rivers start in these parts.
Visitors will dig the remnants of old mining towns. But it’s not all about the past. The Sundance Film Festival brings Hollywood to the Rockies every year. It’s quite a mix. That’s Summit County for you.
