Wyoming County is in the northeast part of Pennsylvania, not far from Scranton. The Endless Mountains region is home to Wyoming County.

York County is in south-central Pennsylvania, right on the Maryland border. This county is home to York, the biggest city and county seat.

Bristol County is at the eastern edge of Rhode Island. It’s the smallest county in the state with three towns: Bristol, Warren, and Barrington.

Kent County sits right in the heart of Rhode Island. It’s got a bit of everything. Cities, suburbs, forests. Warwick is the big player here.

Newport County is on the east side of Rhode Island, jutting out into the Atlantic. The mansions are insane. Glitz and grit, all in one spot.

Providence County is the big kahuna of Rhode Island. Population-wise, more than half the state lives here, including the state capital.

Washington County is down in South County. That’s what the locals call it. It takes up the whole southwest part of the state.

Abbeville County sits in the western part of South Carolina, right along the Georgia border. The county seat is also called Abbeville.

Aiken County sits in the western part of South Carolina, not far from Augusta, Georgia. It has small towns, rural areas, and the city of Aiken.

Allendale County is way down in the southern part of the state, bordering Georgia. The county seat is also called Allendale.

Anderson County sits in the northwest corner of South Carolina, next to Georgia. The city of Anderson is the heart of the county.

Bamberg County is down in the southern part of South Carolina. It’s small, rural, and proud of it. Bamberg is the county seat.

Barnwell County sits in the southwestern part of South Carolina. Williston is the biggest town but Barnwell is the county seat.

The coastal region of South Carolina is home to Beaufort County, a place where land and water form a maze of islands, marshes, and inlets.

Berkeley County sits in the southeastern part of South Carolina, just north of Charleston. The county has forests, swamps and suburban sprawl.
