Wyoming County, Pennsylvania

Wyoming County is in the northeast part of Pennsylvania, not far from Scranton. The Endless Mountains region is home to Wyoming County. Tunkhannock is the county seat with a nice downtown area.
The Susquehanna River cuts through the area. You’ll find a lot of farmland here, especially dairy farms. It’s pretty quiet most of the time.
Visitors love it though because there’s great fishing in the river. A nice time to visit as the leaves are spectacular. The surrounding forests and rivers have great spots for hiking as well.
