Utah Counties

Piute County sits in south-central Utah. Circleville is the biggest town, but the whole county is one of the least populous in the state.

Rich County is up in the northeastern corner of Utah, bordering Wyoming and Idaho. It’s aptly named as it’s rich in beauty.

Summit County is up in the northeast corner of Utah. Park City’s glitz rubs shoulders with ranching towns like Coalville.

Tooele County is out west of Salt Lake City, stretching clear to the Nevada border. Great Salt Lake is the main highlight of this county.

Uintah County is out in eastern Utah. Vernal is the main hub. It’s a town that knows how to balance oil rigs and prehistory.

Utah County is right in the heart of Utah. It sits south of Salt Lake City, with the Wasatch Range to the east and Utah Lake to the west.

Wasatch County is scenic piece of Utah that sits just east of Salt Lake City. It’s anchored by the town of Heber City.

Red rocks and blue skies define Washington County. This southwestern corner of Utah is home to Zion National Park.

Wayne County is right in the middle of southern Utah. One of its highlights is the Capitol Reef, an underrated national park.

Weber County is north of Salt Lake City. Ogden is the county seat and was once a rowdy railroad town. Now it’s an outdoor recreation mecca.
