Claiborne County is up in the northeast corner of Tennessee, where the state meets Kentucky and Virginia. The county has a wild side with the Powell River running through it.
Cumberland Gap National Historical Park is a big draw, just north of Harrogate. It’s where pioneers crossed the Appalachians. Tazewell, the county seat, has some cool old buildings worth checking out. The area’s known for its caves, perfect for adventurous types.
