Clay County, Texas

Clay County is in North Texas, straddling the Red River on the Oklahoma border. The area has deep agricultural roots, with ranches and farms producing cattle, wheat, and hay. But it’s definitely cowboy country here.
Henrietta, the county seat, feels like it’s straight out of an old Western. The courthouse square is the heart of town. People still gather there to chat and catch up. Now, it’s known for its ranches and its rodeos.
Lake Arrowhead is a popular spot for fishing and boating. The landscape is rugged but beautiful. Rolling hills, oak forests, wide-open prairies. If you want a taste of the Old West, this is the place to be.
