Oconto County, Wisconsin

Oconto County sits in northeastern Wisconsin, bordering Green Bay. It’s where nature takes center stage. The Nicolet National Forest covers much of the county with endless outdoor adventures.
Fishing is big here. Really big. The Oconto River winds through the landscape, a paradise for anglers and kayakers. Winters are harsh but beautiful. Snowmobiling is a favorite pastime when the snow flies.
The county has history too. Native American tribes called this land home for centuries before European settlers arrived. Today, small towns fill the countryside. Oconto Falls is the largest, but it’s still pretty small. It’s a quiet place, perfect for escaping the city grind.
