Calumet County, Wisconsin

Calumet County is on the east side of Wisconsin. It’s not huge, but it has character. The county seat, Chilton, is a small town with a big heart. Lake Winnebago forms the western border with plenty of fishing and boating opportunities.
Farms cover the landscape, with dairy being a major industry. There’s history here too because the county is named after the Native American peace pipe. It’s quiet out here, but that’s part of the charm.
Hikers love the Ledge, a rocky ridge running north-south through the county. People are friendly, and the pace of life is slow. Perfect for those looking to escape the city rush.
