Ashland County is up in northern Wisconsin. It’s a place where the forests meet Lake Superior. It has a wild feel to it.
Barron County stakes its claim in northwestern Wisconsin. It’s cheese country, no doubt about it. Dairy farms cover the rolling hills.
The northernmost reach of Wisconsin is home to Bayfield County. It stretches along Lake Superior, boasting miles of shoreline and forests.
Brown County hugs the southern end of Green Bay, right where the Fox River empties out. Green Bay is the biggest city here.
Buffalo County is right along the Mississippi River in western Wisconsin. Rolling hills and limestone bluffs make up the landscape.

Dane County is right in the middle of southern Wisconsin. It’s home to Madison, the state capital. The UW-Madison campus is here too.
Dodge County sits in south-central Wisconsin. Beaver Dam is the largest city and is known for its spring-fed lake.
Door County is a finger of land jutting into Lake Michigan, forming the eastern edge of Wisconsin. Sturgeon Bay is the county seat.
