Clark County, Wisconsin

Clark County is right in the heart of Wisconsin. Neillsville is the county seat. Just east, you can find Highground Veterans Memorial Park. It’s a powerful tribute to those who served.
It’s mostly rural, with forests and farms everywhere. Maple syrup is popular here. Come spring, the county’s awash in that sweet smell. The Black River State Forest offers miles of trails for hiking and biking.
Winters are long, but folks here know how to make the most of it. Snowmobiling is practically a way of life. There’s a strong Amish presence in the county too. I’ve never seen them snowboard though.
