Briscoe County, Texas

Briscoe County is up in the Texas Panhandle. It’s a small place, only about 1,500 people call it home. Silverton is the county seat. Blink and you might miss it.
The Caprock Canyons are the big draw, with their stunning red cliffs and roaming bison. Farming is the main gig here with lots of cotton and wheat. Summers are hot and dry, winters can be brutal.
The wind never seems to stop blowing. But the sunsets? Out of this world. People work hard and look out for each other. It’s quiet living, but that’s just how folks like it.
