Fulton County is in the south central part of Pennsylvania, bordering Maryland. The Appalachians dominate this county. It’s rural, with only about 15,000 residents spread across the whole county.
McConnellsburg serves as the county seat. The history’s pretty cool too. You can still see sections of the old Lincoln Highway, America’s first coast-to-coast road.
Fulton County has hiking and fishing opportunities abound. It includes several State Game Lands for hunting and trapping. The Fulton Fall Folk Festival each October brings in visitors from all around.
