Valley County, Nebraska

Valley County is planted right in the heart of central Nebraska. Ord is the county seat. It’s a small town, but it’s got character. Farming’s the main gig.
The Bohemian Alps, a series of hills, are in the eastern part of the county. This feature really gives the place some unique character.
The North Loup River runs through here. But there’s something special about this place. Maybe it’s the way folks look out for each other. Or the way they celebrate their heritage. It’s not an easy place to make a living. But for some, it’s paradise.
