Campbell County is in northern Kentucky, right across the river from Cincinnati. Newport as the largest city and Alexandria as the county seat.
The county’s part of the Cincinnati metro area, just to the south. About 93,000 folks call it home. Campbell County’s got some great views of the Ohio River.
Just don’t confuse Newport, Kentucky with Newport, Rhode Island… the beaches here are a bit different. Although Alexandria is the county seat, Newport steals the show with its lively riverfront and entertainment options.
