Adams County sits on the western edge of Illinois, right along the Mississippi River. Quincy is the county seat, which is a mid-sized city.

Christian County is in central Illinois. Taylorville serves as the county seat. It’s mostly flat farmland here with corn and soybeans.

Clark County sits on Illinois’ eastern border with Marshall being the county seat. It’s a small town county with a friendly vibe.

Clay County is in southeastern Illinois with Louisville as the county seat. The Little Wabash River winds through the county.

Clinton County is in southern Illinois with Carlyle as the county seat. This county sits on the shores of Carlyle Lake, perfect for boating.
