Lincoln County, Wisconsin

Lincoln County spreads across north-central Wisconsin. The Wisconsin River cuts right through it. It’s where the Northwoods meets farm country. Merrill is the biggest town, with a quaint downtown.
Paper mills were once the backbone of the economy. These days, it’s more diverse. Outdoor recreation is huge here and the county is loaded with trails and lakes. Council Grounds State Park’s a local favorite.
