Price County, Wisconsin

Price County is up in Wisconsin’s Northwoods. It’s where the forests seem to go on forever. Logging shaped this county’s past and still plays a role today. The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest covers a big chunk of the area.
Phillips, the county seat, is a small town with a lot of character. Fishing is huge here with hundreds of lakes, you’re never far from a good catch. Price County sees some serious snowfall, great for snowmobilers and skiers.
The area is known for its maple syrup production. Hunters come from all over during deer season. It’s the kind of place where you might spot more wildlife than people on any given day.
