Macon County is in the northern part of Missouri. This place has a bit of everything. Rolling hills, farms for days, and friendly folks who wave as you pass by.
In terms of population, it’s not huge. Only about 15,000 people call it home. La Plata’s the biggest town, but Macon’s the county seat.
