Marion County is located in north-central Arkansas. This area is known for its natural beauty with Buffalo National River (America’s first National River) as a highlight.
The Buffalo National River is in the southeast part of the county with world-class floating and hiking. Bull Shoals Lake, known for its clear waters and excellent fishing, covers much of the county’s northern area.
