McMullen County, Texas

McMullen Location Map Texas

McMullen County is located in South Texas. Tiny population, big on character. You’ll find it about halfway between San Antonio and Corpus Christi. Ranching is the name of the game here. Oil and gas, too.

The landscape is rugged and beautiful, all scrubby brush and rolling hills. Tilden is the county seat, and it’s not very large at all. But the folks there are friendly as can be.

Hunting is popular, including deer and quail. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone. No traffic lights, no rush hour. Just wide-open Texas sky.
