Perry County, Arkansas
Perry County is just west of Little Rock. The county seat is Perryville. This small town has a population of around 10,000 county-wide. U.S. Highway 10 runs through the county, connecting it to Little Rock and beyond.
It’s where the Ouachita Mountains and the Arkansas River meet. While the Arkansas River provides fishing and boating opportunities, the Ouachita National Forest offers miles of trails and natural beauty.
Harris Brake Lake is one of Arkansas’s most beloved lake. Petit Jean State Park is near Perry County with hiking trails and the famous Petit Jean Mountain.
