Mohave County Map, Arizona

Mohave County is in northwest Arizona, bordering Nevada and California. It’s a large county with about 200,000 people.

Navajo County is in northeast Arizona. About 110,000 people live here. Much of the Navajo and Hopi reservations are in this county.

Pima County is in southern Arizona. About 1.1 million people live here. Tucson, the second-largest city in Arizona, is the county seat.

Pinal County is in central Arizona, between Phoenix and Tucson. About 465,000 people live here. Florence is the county seat.

Santa Cruz County is in southern Arizona, bordering Mexico. About 50,000 people live here. Nogales is the county seat and border crossing.

Yavapai County is in central Arizona. About 250,000 people live here. Prescott is the county seat. Mining history is important here.

Yuma County is in southwest Arizona, bordering California and Mexico. About 200,000 people live here. Yuma is the seat and largest city.

Arkansas County is where the state began. Literally, it’s the oldest county in Arkansas. It’s split into Stuttgart and DeWitt.

Down in Arkansas’s southeast corner, Ashley County is about timber and tomatoes. Hamburg, the county seat, hosts an annual tomato festival.

Up in north-central Arkansas, Baxter County is the playground of the Ozarks. Mountain Home is a bustling hub and county seat.

Benton County is where you’ll find the big names. In fact, Walmart’s headquarters is in Bentonville, the county seat.

Boone County sits up in the Ozarks. It’s where you’ll find Harrison, the county seat, which is home to around 38,000 folks.

In the southeastern part of Arkansas, Bradley County is lumber country. It packs a punch when it comes to outdoor recreation.

Calhoun County is about as rural as Arkansas gets. With approximately 4,800 residents, this is the least populous county in the state.

Up in the Ozarks of northwest Arkansas, Carroll County is a tale of two cities. Berryville and Eureka Springs share county seat duties.
