Broomfield County, Colorado

Broomfield County is Colorado’s newest and smallest county, created in 2001. It’s wedged between Denver and Boulder, right in the thick of the metro area. The whole county is basically one city. Yep, it’s mostly Broomfield.
The county is growing fast, attracting families and young professionals. A lot of tech companies have set up shop here. There’s mountains to the west so you’ll find plenty of parks and trails. Interlocken, a big business park, is a major job center.
The county is pretty well-off, with good schools and low crime. It’s a good mix of suburbs, office parks, and shopping centers. Despite being urban, there are still some open spaces and even a few farms left. Broomfield is kind of its own thing. It’s not quite Denver, not quite Boulder.
