Christian County is in southwestern Kentucky, bordering Tennessee. About 73,000 folks call it home, with Hopkinsville as the county seat.
The city hosts the annual Little Green Men Days Festival. It celebrates a famous UFO sighting from the 1950s with intergalactic souvenirs and much more.
With a population of about 72,000, it’s one of the larger counties in the region. I-24 runs right through and it’s a key stop on the way to Nashville or Paducah. Christian County also offers beautiful outdoor spaces, like Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park.
