Saline County sits in the southeast part of Nebraska. Wilber, the county seat, is known as the “Czech Capital of the USA.” No kidding. They’ve got a huge Czech festival every year and it draws folks from all over.
The county’s mostly farmland with some industry. This keeps the economy diverse. The Big Blue River runs through here, creating some nice scenery.
