Gage County, Nebraska

Gage County is in southeast Nebraska, along the Kansas state border. Beatrice, the county seat, is the star of the show here. It’s got just enough city amenities to keep things interesting.
Visitors love Homestead National Historical Park, west of Beatrice. It tells the story of the Homestead Act and the folks who settled this land.
But Gage County isn’t stuck in the past. There’s a nice mix of agriculture and industry here. The Blue River snakes through the county, adding some scenic views to the prairie landscape.
