Somerset Location Map Pennsylvania

Somerset County is in southwestern Pennsylvania, bordering Maryland. Ever heard of the Flight 93 National Memorial? It’s right here in Somerset County. Needless to say, this place has a ton of history.

The Allegheny Mountains run through it, making for some killer views. Locals love their outdoor activities with tons of great hiking and fishing. Winters can be rough, but that just means great skiing at Seven Springs.

The county has a mix of small towns and rural areas. Farming’s still big here. Oh, and don’t miss the Pennsylvania Maple Festival in spring in Meyersdale. Somerset County has character, plain and simple.
