Wayne County sits in Northeast Nebraska. Wayne is the county seat. It’s also the biggest town. Wayne State College is here so it brings in young folks from all over.

The rest of the county’s mostly farmland. The Logan Creek Dredge runs through here. It’s really not much to look at, but it’s important for drainage.

The population’s holding steady and folks here are proud of their schools. The Blue Devils are a big deal. Wayne County is a place where community spirit and local pride run strong.
