Dallas County is situated in south-central Arkansas. It’s one of the least populous counties in the state with approximately 7,500 people. The county is heavily forested so timber is a major industry.
Fordyce is the county seat located in the southeast of Dallas County. The Fordyce Bathhouse is the largest on Bathhouse Row. It’s here and is part of Hot Springs National Park.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are opportunities for hiking and wildlife watching. People can also enjoy fishing and boating on the Moro River, which is the eastern boundary of the county.
