Hickman County, Kentucky

Hickman County is way down in western Kentucky, right on the Mississippi River. Clinton, the county seat, is not to be confused with that other Clinton in New York.
The county is mostly farmland. Hickman County’s fertile land makes it a hub for agriculture, with corn, soybeans, and wheat as the primary crops.
The annual Hickman County Fair is a big deal locally, bringing the community together for a bit of old-fashioned fun. It’s small, but they’ve got a mean demolition derby. Just don’t get any ideas about trying it with your rental car.
