Mason County, Texas

Mason County is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The Llano River cuts right through it, carving out some of the prettiest scenery you’ll ever lay eyes on.
Mason, the county seat, is as fun as they come. It has a beautiful sandstone courthouse right in the town square. This place is famous for its topaz. You can even go hunting for some yourself.
Ranching is big here. You’ll see plenty of cattle and even some exotic game. The wildflowers in spring? Out of this world. The night sky is something else too. No light pollution means you can see every star.
