Phillips County, Colorado
Phillips County is way out on the northeastern plains of Colorado. The population is just over 4,500, making it one of Colorado’s least populated counties.
Holyoke is the county seat and it’s a small farming town. Actually, the whole county is serious about agriculture with lots of corn, wheat, and cattle.
The county is pretty flat, but there are some nice state wildlife areas for hunting and bird watching. Drag racing is important here as they have a nice track outside Holyoke.
