Lincoln County is a quiet, rural area in north-central Kansas. It’s pretty quiet out here. Like most of Kansas, farming is the main gig here.
Linn County is on the eastern edge of Kansas on the Missouri border. Mound City is the county seat and it’s mostly rural with small towns.
Logan County is out in northwest Kansas. Oakley is the county seat. It’s home to the famous Fick Fossil and History Museum.
Lyon County is in east-central Kansas part of Flint Hills. Emporia is the main city. It has a good-sized college, Emporia State University.
