Crittenden County, Kentucky

Crittenden County is located in western Kentucky, with Marion as its county seat. While U.S. Route 60 cuts through the area, the Ohio River forms the northern border.
Once a hub for fluorspar mining, the county now leans on agriculture and small industry. You’re more likely to see a tractor on Main Street than a traffic jam.
Illinois is a hop, jump over the Ohio River to the north. Here, you’ll find the likes of Garden of the Gods and llinois Iron Furnace, a national historic site. The county’s population is around 9,000, making it a quiet, rural retreat.
