Park County, Colorado
Park County is Colorado’s high country, where wide-open spaces meet the Rocky Mountains. U.S. Highway 285 runs through the county and the population is around 18,000, spread across small towns.
The county seat is Fairplay. It’s a historic mining town and is the inspiration for the town that takes place in the television show, South Park.
