Republic County, Kansas

Republic Location Map Kansas

Republic County is in north-central Kansas, right on the Nebraska border, with Belleville as the county seat.

It’s mostly farmland, with wheat being a big crop. The Republican River runs through it, providing some nice scenery

Belleville has a cool auto racing museum if you’re into that. The Belleville High Banks, a historic dirt track, is a local favorite for car racers. The population’s been declining, but the community spirit is strong.
