Eagle County, Colorado

Eagle County stretches from the high Rockies to the western slope, centered around the I-70 corridor. The population is around 55,000, swelling during ski season.
It’s a mix of ritzy tourist towns and more down-to-earth places like Eagle and Gypsum. But Vail and Beaver Creek, world-famous ski resorts, are the big draws here.
Summer is great for hiking, biking, and rafting. There’s a lot of public land, including parts of White River National Forest. Eagle River runs through the heart of the county. The county airport brings in visitors from all over.
